Case study

A property agent's platform

A Singapore property agent's website plus a private, phone-first CRM: an enquiry inbox and pipeline, Telegram alerts, a price map on official data, and affordability calculators that turn into a WhatsApp report link.

Three phone screens of the agent's CRM with demo data: the Add client sheet, the price map with a selected building at $1,176 psf, and the affordability calculator with a maximum loan and monthly instalment

The brief

A Singapore property agent wanted a site of their own rather than a profile on a listings portal, and a way to answer a client's questions at a viewing from their phone: who is this, what did that block really sell for, and what can they afford.

We built the agent's site with a no-code editor for banner, bio, listings, launches, reviews and awards, served on the agent's own domain. Behind it is the CRM: every web form becomes a lead with its source and consent record, the agent gets a Telegram alert within seconds with Open, WhatsApp and Mark-contacted buttons, and leads move across a pipeline board. A price map shows psf by building on URA and data.gov.sg data, and the TDSR, MSR and stamp-duty calculators save to a client and send as a private, revocable report link.

What had to be solved

  • Enquiries that reach the phone, not just an inbox

A new enquiry sends a Telegram message with who, where from and what they asked, plus Open, WhatsApp, Mark contacted and Remind me tomorrow buttons. The phone number stays out of the message text, and a summary arrives at 8am every day.

  • What did it actually sell for?

A price map by building with filters, MRT lines, schools and launch layers, fed by scheduled jobs that ingest URA, data.gov.sg, OneMap, LTA and MOE sources. A Present mode shows it to a client on an iPad.

  • Send the figures, not a screenshot

TDSR, MSR, LTV, stamp duty, sell-then-buy and rental yield. A result is saved to the client and sent as a branded private link, revocable and resendable, by WhatsApp or email.

  • The agent updates their own site

Banner, bio, listings, launches, reviews, awards and the Instagram feed are edited from the phone, with crop, HEIC support and drag-sort, and served on the agent's own domain.

What we built

  • Agent website on their own domain, with a no-code editor
  • Enquiry inbox, pipeline board and client records
  • Telegram alerts with act-on-it buttons and a daily summary
  • Price map and property lookup on official Singapore data
  • Affordability calculators with private report links
  • Viewings scheduler with a live calendar feed
