A mobile ordering page and staff POS for a residential-area cafe: self-pickup or resident delivery, PayNow or cash, and a live order queue at the counter.

Pandani Cafe serves a residential estate. The ask was a way for regulars to order from their phone, pick up or have it delivered within the estate, and a POS at the counter that shows every order as it arrives, without a card terminal or a delivery platform taking a cut.
We built the ordering page with add-ons and required variants, a pickup-or-delivery choice gated by an estate access code, and a POS with a live queue, queue numbers and a chime for new orders. Payment is PayNow or cash, with a receipt the customer can keep on WhatsApp. Opening hours, a manual close with a custom message, and product performance are all managed from the admin.
New orders drop into the POS's live queue over a realtime channel, with a queue number and a takeaway highlight, so nobody shouts tickets or misses an order.
Resident delivery is unlocked with an access code and captures the unit number and phone, so the cafe runs its own delivery channel without a platform commission.
Opening hours and a manual close with a custom message show as a live overlay on the ordering page, and a sold-out item disappears from the menu at once.

No figures are published for this project yet. When a number is measured, it appears here with its source and date; nothing is estimated.
