A Singapore modest-wear label's whole retail stack: an online shop with PayNow checkout, an owner portal, and a booth POS for pop-ups that share one stock count.

Melrose Label sells modest wear online and at pop-up booths in malls and event halls. The ask was one system for both: a shop that feels like the brand, a POS staff can run on a tablet, and one stock count behind them, so a dress sold at the booth is not sold again online.
We built the storefront with PayNow checkout and island-wide delivery, an owner portal for inventory, orders, booths, promotions and reports, and a booth POS that keeps selling when the wifi drops and syncs when the signal returns. Staff discounts, returns and cash-count differences go to the owner on Telegram for a one-tap approval.
Cash and card sales at a booth are saved on the tablet and sent when the connection returns. Each sale carries its own id, so it is recorded once; a refused late sale stays visible instead of vanishing.
Online and at the booth, the PayNow QR is built per sale with the exact amount and a reference tied to the order, so the owner can match bank credits to sales. Paid straight to your bank, no gateway cut.
A staff discount, return, exchange or cash-count difference puts a request on the owner's Telegram. One tap approves it and the POS continues, with a PIN fallback for when the owner is unreachable.
Per-location inventory, transfers between booths, low-stock rules and sold-out badges on the POS, plus a restock waiting list that emails customers when a size is back.

No figures are published for this project yet. When a number is measured, it appears here with its source and date; nothing is estimated.
