Services

Five things we build. Nothing we don't.

Websites, online stores, the POS and customer list behind them, sites where motion does some of the selling, and AI staff and automation for the repetitive work. All built in code for Singapore businesses.

A website is the usual first step. The others run on the same code when you need them, so nothing is rebuilt twice.

Websites

We build custom websites in code, not from templates. You get a site that loads fast on a phone, reads clearly in English or Malay, and puts your contact details one tap away. You own your content and your customer data, and we host and look after the site. A typical site takes about a week from first call to launch.

E-commerce

We build online stores for Singapore businesses, with PayNow checkout working from day one. Your catalogue, orders and stock live in one dashboard you control. If you also sell in person, the same system can run your POS. Other payment methods are scoped with you at the start. A typical store takes about two weeks to launch.

CRM and POS

We build custom POS and customer systems for small Singapore businesses. The POS runs on the phone or tablet you already own, added to the home screen from the browser, with no app store and no special hardware to buy. It takes orders, PayNow QR and cash, and shows the queue. The CRM keeps customers and enquiries on the same data. A typical build takes about two weeks.

AI Staff

We set up an AI member of staff that answers your customers on WhatsApp, website chat and Telegram, at any hour, from your own menu, prices and FAQs. It handles the 2am enquiries and the repetitive admin, so your team does the work that needs a person. Refunds, complaints and anything clinical or legal go straight to you. An AI Assistant takes about a week to set up; Front Desk and Employee take longer.

Automation

We connect the apps you already use, such as Google Sheets, Xero, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and Shopify, so the work that happens the same way every time happens by itself. An order becomes an invoice and an entry in the books. A new lead gets a reply and a reminder. Low stock pings the supplier. You pay once for the build, then a small monthly fee to keep it running. A first automation takes about a week.

Not sure which one you need?

Start from what the business has to do. Each line goes to the service that does it.

Our process

How a project runs, start to launch.

Every service runs through the same four stages. Each has a fixed scope and a date, and you see all of them before any code is written.

  • Discover

    • Meet you and walk through how the business runs today
    • List every page, screen and integration the site needs
    • Agree what is in scope and what is not
    • Write a fixed price in SGD and a timeline in weeks
    • Collect your logo, photos and existing copy
  • Design

    • Draw the page layouts for phone first, then desktop
    • Choose type, colour and spacing around your brand
    • Write or edit the copy with you, in English or Malay
    • Review the designs together and change what is wrong
    • Sign off the designs before any code is written
  • Build

    • Write the site in Next.js and React, by hand
    • Set up the dashboard, forms and payment flows you need
    • Load your real content and test it on a mid-range phone
    • Check accessibility, page speed and the SEO setup
    • Show you a working preview link and fix what you find
  • Launch

    • Point your domain and set up email and analytics
    • Deploy to Vercel or our own VPS and confirm every page and form works
    • Hand over your dashboard access and a guided walkthrough
    • Walk you through how to edit pages and products
    • Stay on call for the first weeks after launch

Questions owners ask before choosing.

Time, cost, ownership and language. Each service page has its own answers too.

How long does a project take?

A typical website takes about a week from first call to launch. Stores and point-of-sale systems take longer because there is a real order to test end to end. The main variable is how fast we receive your content and feedback, so we agree the dates on the first call.

Who owns the content and the data?

You do. Your pages, photos, products, enquiries and customer records are yours, and you get a full export whenever you ask. The site itself is custom-built for your business, and you edit your own content in your dashboard. We host it and look after it.

What happens after launch?

We stay on call for the first weeks and fix anything that breaks. After that, care is part of every package, which is why there is a monthly fee. It covers hosting and support. Bigger changes are quoted per job.

Can the site be in English and Malay?

Yes. We build both languages in from the start, with separate pages for each so visitors and search engines see the right one. RAHA, one of our launched sites, is written in Malay.

Tell us which one, or let us work it out with you.

A short note on what the business needs is enough. We reply with questions first, then a fixed-scope quote in SGD.
